Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with HomeBasic! We work with global suppliers to bring you high-quality home products at the best prices. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment partners within 1–3 business days. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and secure packaging.
Delivery Timelines
To keep our prices competitive, items are shipped directly to you from our international fulfillment centers via reliable express networks. Once shipped, standard delivery to your address takes 5 to 14 days (including weekends).
Please note that while most orders arrive within this window, delivery dates are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to local Canadian customs clearance processing, extreme weather, or peak holiday seasons.
Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be sourced from different fulfillment partners. This means your items may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times within our 5–14 day delivery window.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched. Tracking details typically take 2–5 days to update and sync with Canada Post or local courier networks.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, HomeBasic uses shipping lanes that clear customs upfront. Our Canadian customers do not typically incur any additional customs fees or import duties upon delivery. In the rare event that local customs authorities request a processing fee or import tax at your doorstep, please contact us immediately so we can look into the matter.
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is fully accurate at checkout. HomeBasic cannot change the delivery address once the package has been dispatched from our international supplier. The client is responsible for any packages that are undeliverable due to missing or incorrect address details.
