Return Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Eligibility for Returns:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must still be attached.
- Return must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received the order.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer support at contact@homebasic.ca within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will send you return shipping instructions.
Important Notes:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or appear to have been used/worn.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalized or customized products
- Health and personal care items (e.g. silicone chair leg caps if opened and used)
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
Canadian Consumer Rights This Return Policy is in addition to your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under provincial or federal law.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will cover the return shipping cost and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
